i have already drawn out the zones each group is responsible for. btw, zone 4 is the box drawn out juz next to zone 5. I will arrange for a briefing before the distribution date( 15th june ). I will give u the bags and on the distribution day itself, ur group can decide what time they want to do the distribution. No matter how long u take, 3 hrs will be given to u. Then on the next day (16th June) i will inform u what time to meet, and we will collect the bags back, we wil do this as a class, 3 hrs given again. So the total no. of hrs will be 6.

i hope the names can be seen clearly. pls check that u are in the grps u want, tell me if wanna change grp, but sorry guys...there should be at least 1 of u in each grp coz collection day would be quite tiring..only for grp 3 will there be no guys on the distribution day..meaning that haniff and yu quan pls tell me which grp u will to join on the 15th...
